WEEKLY CLASSES

Yoga for EVERYbody, Tues/Thurs 8:45am

This 60 minute yoga class is done in a "slow flow" style so that participants can get a deeper experience from each pose. Props such as yoga blocks, straps, and foam rollers are commonly used to help participants further improve the mobility of their tissues. Bring a mat, $10 per class or a 10 class punch card is available for $80.

There will be no classes on the following days: 10/4, 10/9,  11/22, 12/25, 1/1/19

ChiRunning Workshops, 2018

Foam Rolling and Stretching for Endurance Athletes: Saturday, November 3rd from 10:00 to 11:30am

Learn how to prevent and eliminate aches and pains using your foam roller. This comprehensive workshop will show you the ins and outs of foam rolling with complimentary stretches. Bring a mat, foam rollers are provided. Email Cassie at stridemultisport@yahoo.com to register. $15

Running Form 101: Saturday, November 3rd from 8:30 to 9:45am

Using the ChiRunning Technique you will learn the basics of running from including posture, arm swing, foot strike, and cadence. A must for any runner looking to improve their speed or prevent injuries. Email Cassie at stridemultisport@yahoo.com to register. $15

Deep Stretching for Endurance Athletes: Saturday, September 22nd from 10:00 to 11:15am

A must for athletes of all levels. This 75 minute class will teach you stretching techniques to increase mobility and prevent injury. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on your next training session or race! Email Cassie at stridemultisport@yahoo.com to register. $15
