What is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching is not therapy or counseling but rather a “partnership” between the coach and client to help achieve lasting change in one’s life.

All people know the answers inside themselves. A life coach helps this person find the solutions within, using proven tools and strategies. The life coach also helps set goals and provide accountability and encouragement to the client.
