Yoga for EVERYbody, Tues/Thurs 8:45am
This 60 minute yoga class is done in a "slow flow" style so that participants can get a deeper experience from each pose. Props such as yoga blocks, straps, and foam rollers are commonly used to help participants further improve the mobility of their tissues. Bring a mat, $10 per class or a 10 class punch card is available for $80.
There will be no classes on the following days: 10/4, 10/9, 11/22, 12/25, 1/1/19

Running Form 101: Saturday, January 19th from 7:30 to 8:45am
Using the ChiRunning Technique you will learn the basics of running from including posture, arm swing, foot strike, and cadence. A must for any runner looking to improve their speed or prevent injuries. Email Cassie at email@example.com to register. $15
