Yoga for EVERYbody, Tues/Thurs 8:45am
This 60 minute yoga class is done in a "slow flow" style so that participants can get a deeper experience from each pose. Props such as yoga blocks, straps, and foam rollers are commonly used to help participants further improve the mobility of their tissues. Bring a mat, $10 per class or a 10 class punch card is available for $80.
There will be no classes on the following days: 7/20, 8/17, 8/22, 10/26, 10/31
