Yoga for EVERYbody, Tues/Thurs 8:45am

This 60 minute yoga class is done in a "slow flow" style so that participants can get a deeper experience from each pose. Props such as yoga blocks, straps, and foam rollers are commonly used to help participants further improve the mobility of their tissues. Bring a mat, $10 per class or a 10 class punch card is available for $80.

There will be no classes on the following days: 7/4, 7/11, 7/16

Functional Strength Training, Thursdays 8:00am to 8:45am

This 45 minute strength training class is great for all levels. Work on your strength, balance, and agility using functional movements that work multiple muscle groups at one. $10 per class or purchase a 10 class punch card for $80.

There will be no classes on the following days: 7/4, 7/11, 7/16



ChiRunning Workshops, 2019

All equipment will be provided but bring a yoga mat if you have one.
Each class is $10. Fleet Feet Run Club members save $2 on their first class.
