Yoga for EVERYbody, Tues/Thurs 8:45am

This 60 minute yoga class is done in a "slow flow" style so that participants can get a deeper experience from each pose. Props such as yoga blocks, straps, and foam rollers are commonly used to help participants further improve the mobility of their tissues. Bring a mat, $10 per class or a 10 class punch card is available for $80.

There will be no classes on the following days:  5/31, 11/13, 11/15, 11/19, 11/22, 12/25, 1/1/19
